About Our Patio Heater
The New elite series of Timber Wood Pellet Patio Heaters brings performance and style into one great product. Providing head to toe heat is the focus of this heater but with the added bonus of an elegant stainless steel design. Requiring no electricity, this heater’s flame is powered only by gravity and the draft created from the stove pipe. Using wood pellets as an Eco-friendly alternative fuel just makes sense when compared to the high price and inefficiency of propane. Pellets run at a quarter of the operating cost, while producing twice the amount of BTU’s.

we purchased the Big Timber Elite and have to say we are so happy with the quality of construction, customer service is the best as we had a very minor problem and Karen took care of it and had the part NDA. this patio heater is worth what we paid for it. Did not want a cheap import. I am in the welding business and this unit meets my very high expecations on how it was manufactured . people will always compain about high cost of items with nothing to base it on. The Big Timber to us is worth what the cost was. the heater is perfect for when we use out hot tub. there is no comparrison to the cheap imports as i have looked at them after i purchased the Big Timber Elite. sure glad we also purchaded the Elite upgrade as it looks great and adds a measure of safety .VERY HAPPY – price is not everything – actually its low on our list. The pipe is too thin, but otherwise it’s a nice unit. Ordered the elite but didn’t get my cage yet. Hopefully it hides the crooked upper pipe.
